MONDAY

Yoga for Health
Mondays, 6:15-7:30 pm
This popular Yoga class combines relaxation, limbering with strengthening poses. This class will awaken your body as it calms and relaxes you. Mats and blankets provided.

TUESDAY

Pilates Mat - Intermediate and Beyond
Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
This mixed level course for those with prior experience with Pilates. Body conditioning will be adapted for individualized progression. Mats provided. Please call the instructor to enroll.
Fee is $80 paid in full. Drop-ins: $10.

Pilates Mat - Beginner
Tuesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 pm
This class will focus on essential Pilates principles. The class is for those who have little or no prior Pilates experience or who have had a long break from Pilates workouts. Mats are provided. Please call instructor to enroll.

WEDNESDAY

Yoga Doubleheader!
Two 4-week sessions running:

Yoga for Adults

Wednesdays, 9:00—10:00 am

Ignite your spark and let your practice connect you with your inner light. Every class starts with poses to warm the  muscles, joints and ligaments. A moderate flow of standing and seated poses will follow, freeing the body of tension and strengthening the core. Practice ends with restorative poses to calm the mind.

Yoga for Kids!
Wednesdays, 10:00—11:00 am

Children ages 3-5 are welcome to express themselves through movement. Basic dance moves, yoga and creativity are combined to stimulate the mind and stretch imaginations. Class offers a moderate amount of structure in addition to a lot of room for expression.

 

 

World Citizen Drumming for All Ages
Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm - Ages 6 & Up
In Africa, the Djembe was created so people could speak as a force of nature. Intro to West African drumming traditions, Djembe and Djun Djun drums, and legends. Some drums will be provided.

Line Dancing for All Ages
Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:00
Line dancing started with country music but has expanded to use many genres of music. We’re a little bit country, a little bit pop, a little bit whatever-you-like. Perfect for couples looking to add a little movement to their life, but a partner is not required.

Stretching For Health
Fridays, 9:15 -10:30 am
This class is designed to stretch and strengthen the body while increasing flexibility and balance! Wear warm but comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.

SATURDAY

Celebrating Saturdays Yoga!
Saturdays, 9:00—10:00 am (alternating weeks)
Please join us Saturday mornings to  realign yourself and clear away the stresses of the week.  Instructors will vary, and the schedule will be available on the Village Productions website at the start of the quarter.  Let Saturday yoga    become a weekly habit — your body and mind will thank you.

SUNDAY

Mindful Meditation
Sundays, 9:00 - 10:00 am
Meditation is good for the brain - and there is a growing body of scientific research to prove it. Come sit with us and find out what neuroplasticity means. Meditation cushions will be provided. Course fee waived, donations accepted. Class fee waived. Donations welcome.

Village Productions is located above the Amesville Grange at 16 East State Street. Winter classes run for 10 weeks. Tuition for all classes (unless otherwise noted) 1 class per week for 10 weeks paid in full $70; More than 1 class per week or multiple family members for 10 weeks paid in full $60/class. Drop-Ins: $8 per class. If registered for 2 complete classes and paid in full, drop-ins are $6.00 per class.

Scholarships are available. Fill out the application on the website.

Annual membership are available for $350/individual and $500/family.
