Sept. 13 to Nov. 19

Pilates Mat - Beginner
Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:15 pm
This class will focus on essential Pilates principles. The class is for those who have little or no prior Pilates experience or who is had a long break from Pilates workouts. Mats are provided. Please call instructor to enroll
Starts Sept. 21-Nov.16. $70 paid in full.
Drop-ins: $10.

Pilates Mat - Intermediate and Beyond
Tuesdays, 6:30 - 7:15 pm
A mixed level course for those with prior experience with Pilates. Body conditioning will be adapted for individualized progression. Please call the instructor to enroll.
Starts Sept. 21-Nov. 16. Fee is $70 paid in full. Drop-ins: $10.

Yoga for Health
Mondays, 6:00-7:15pm
This Yoga class combines relaxation and limbering with strengthening poses. This class will awaken your body as it calms and relaxes you. Mats provided.

Life Force Yoga
Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
This yoga focuses on postures and breath allowing each student to be fully present in the moment and works to bring mind, body, and spirit into balance. Mats provided.

  World Citizen Drumming

Wednesdays, 5:00-6:00 pm
Children’s Rhythm Games – Ages 6-11
This New Class will guide students in playing rhythm games and learn West African traditional beats! We will be looking at the different parts of the world where the instruments came from. The class will also focus on the sounds of different elements (wood, metal, and hide). Some drums and other instruments will be provided.

Wednesday, 6:30-7:30 – Level 1, Ages 12-Adult
Wednesday, 7:30-8:30 – Level 2

In Africa, the Djembe was created so people could speak as a force of nature. Introduction to West African drum traditions, Djembe and Djun Djun drums and legends . Some drums will be provided

Stretching For Health
Fridays, 9:15 -10:15
This class is for you is for you if your body is longing to stretch, increase strength, flexibility, balance, and overall peace of mind. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Mats provided.

Mondays, 4:00 - 4:45
Introducing basic skills of ballet and Modern Dance, the instructor will use movement and verses to strengthen the child's growing mind and body.

Classes run 10 weeks, from the week of Sept. 13 to Nov. 19 (except Pilates). Tuition for all classes (unless otherwise noted) 1 class per week for 10 weeks paid in full $70; More than 1 class per week or multiple family members for 10 weeks paid in full $60/class.

Drop-Ins: $8 per class. If registered for 2 complete sessions and paid in full, drop-ins are $6.00 per class. Scholarships are available. Fill out the application on the website.

Village Productions Community Center is located in the Amesville Grange building. Use the parking lot between the post office and the Grange and enter at the door facing the lot. Take the stairs up to the studio.
