Yoga with George: Mondays, 5:30-6:45 pm - check calendar for location (studio or park)
A class that uses gentle movement, postures and breath to open the body. This method addresses the needs of the whole person, and establishes a fundamental understanding of “mind, body, spirit.” Each practice is carefully crafted to achieve a specific energetic effect. This class is suitable for people with previous experience in basic poses and alignment. Instructor: George Kridler
Pilates: Mixed Level - Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Fee is $88, paid in full for a session. Drop-ins: $10.
This class is best suited for those with some previous Pilates experience. This class will include classical as well as adapted mat exercises. Some classes will include Ring exercises and posture exercises along the wall. Exercises will be modified to accommodate specific conditions as needed. Everyone is encouraged to work at their personal level of challenge! Instructor: Cita Strauss

Zumba: Wednesdays, 5:40-6:40 pm
Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat but most important, have FUN!! Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. It is perfect for everybody and “every body”. Come! invite your friends to have fun and burn calories with the best Latin rhythms! Instructor: Ramiro Malgor

Yoga with Cole - Thursdays, 9:00 - 10:00 am - in Amesville Park if 60 degrees or above, otherwise in studio and via zoom.
A gentle mix of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa to start and invigorate your day. Open to all levels, this class explores ways to increase flexibility, foster resilience, and build strength, in body, spirit, and mind. Also available via ZOOM if we're in the studio.

Restorative Yoga with George - Thursdays, 5:30 - 7:00 pm beginning 9/23/21
Restorative yoga is the practice of Asanas or Yoga poses, which are held for longer than conventional poses. It is taught using the support of props such as blankets, blocks bolsters and straps. Restorative yoga relaxes the mind and body, soothes the nervous system and can lead to a feeling of well being. Come join us and discover for yourself how this practice can enhance your life!

Yinyasa Flow - Saturdays, 9:00-10:00 am - in Amesville Park if 60 degrees or above, otherwise in studio and via zoom
This class is taught with the foundation of Hatha yoga combined with a mindful flow. Hatha yoga techniques can serve as tools to develop clarity, awareness, and self-knowledge. Each class helps to increase flexibility; foster resilience; improve stability and balance; and deepen the connection between body, mind and spirit. Open to all levels. Modifications will be offered. Also available via ZOOM if we're in the studio.

Meditation Circle - Sundays, 10:00-11:15 am
Meditate is now in the studio. Please wear a mask until you get to your meditation spot.

Adult Dance - Beginning in January! Date and time to be determined.
The first 45 minutes will be instruction and last 45 minutes will be open dance. We'll have a different dance each week.

If you are experiencing ANY symptoms, please do not attend in-person classes. Masks are now required for everyone at all times zumba at this time, but proof of vaccination is required.
Classes run 11 weeks (unless noted). Tuition for all classes (unless otherwise noted): 1 class per week for 11 weeks paid in full $77/class. More than 1 class per week or multiple family members for 11 weeks paid in full $66/class. Drop-Ins: $8/class unless otherwise noted. If registered for 2 complete classes and paid in full, drop-ins are $6/class. Annual memberships are available for $350/individual and $500/family. Scholarships are available!
